Recruitment: This position is open to District 2 employees who are eligible for promotion, demotion, or transfer.

Annual Salary Range: $47881.32   Pay Grade: 16

Responsibilities:  Under general supervision, Assess client health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients Advises clients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

Minimum Experience:    Current Georgia license to practice as a registered professional nurse AND Two or more years of experience in a managerial, supervisory or leadership role.
