PS: Registered Nurse (AL)

Location: Hart County Health Department,  64 Reynolds Street, Hartwell, GA 30643

Recruitment: This position is open to all qualified applicants.

Annual Salary Range: $34,533.36   Pay Grade: 15

Responsibilities:  Under general supervision, the person filling this position would be responsible for Women's Health Programs and reports, STD, Inventory for Women's Health and STD, Abnormal Pap and Abnormal Lab follow-up.  In addition, this person will be cross trained to work in all clinics offered at the Health Department.

 Minimum Experience:    A Currant Georgia license to practice as a registered professional nurse AND one of the following: Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing AND one year of professional nursing experience OR Completion of an Associate's degree in Nursing AND two years of professional nursing experience. 

Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the Minimum Qualifications, also possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing. Professional experience in public health nursing.
  • Experience in the specialized area of assignment. 
  • Professional experience in public health nursing.
