Responsibilities: Under general supervision, Obtain information on clients' past and present health history. Provide direct patient care which includes administering medications, childhood and adult vaccines; explains side effects and assists with screenings and exams. Administers laboratory tests and collects samples. Counsels and refers patients as needed to appropriate areas/clinics. Performs Hearing/Vision/Dental (HVD) screening in clinic and in school system as requested.
Minimum Experience:
A
Current Georgia license to practice as a licensed practical nurse.
